This filly is out of a big boned 16 hand blue roan ranch mare. She has tons of potential to be an excellent working ranch horse, rope horse, and future broodmare. We maintain our mares and foals on a premium nutrition program, and she is up to date on all vaccinations and deworming.

This colt is out of a one of our most reliable working ranch mares. He should have an easy going disposition to make a great rope horse, or working ranch horse. Maintained on premium nutrition program, and up to date on all vaccinations and deworming. His current winter coat hides some of his roaning, he will shed out to be a nice roan later this spring.

2023 Red Roan Gelding. Just Playin. Exhibited at IQHA Ranch Horse Futurity in-hand yearling classes. Placed 11th in in-hand trail. Will be started under saddle and shown in ranch classes fall 2025, will be available at the end of 2025. Nomination paid/current in Riata, NRCHA Stallion Incentive, and IQHA Ranch Futurity.

Our Broodmares and Breeding Program
Our mares are carefully selected to fit our program. Most we have raised and/or ridden for many years. We place great emphasis on disposition, trainability, and efficiency. Our mares are easy keepers that can live happily in large group pastures year round, but have the pedigree and quality to go show when we have the time. We have a busy family, so our riding horses unfortunately get put on the backburner sometimes, so our mares need to have a temperament that allows them to handle periods of rest and the ability to come back into work without a fuss.
When we do have time to go show, we want to ride a horse that makes us smile and enjoy the ride. All of the breeding choices we make are to produce foals we would be proud to keep and ride ourselves, and that starts with the mare. Our goal is to maintain a mare herd that allows us to consistently produce foals that will be versatile ranch horses for the entire family. They have the pedigree and natural ability to flourish if kept in training, but the temperament to also tolerate being brought along and maintained by an experienced amateur. They can work for you around the ranch all week, and go show on the weekend. We select stallions to cross on our mares that we know very well, often times having extensive in-person handling experience with the stallion, that will add to the athletic potential of our mares and maintain a trainable temperament.
We retained our first few foal crops to get a feel for the quality and type of foals we are producing. We now have foals in a variety of homes, and feel confident in our ability to fit foals with a program where they can excel. We have produced working family ranch horses, breakaway futurity horses, rope horses, and ranch versatility horses.
Additionally, with my educational background specializing in mare and foal nutrition, you can be confident that our horses are maintained on a premium nutritional program, and kept up to date on AAEP recommended vaccination and deworming protocols. We are dedicated to setting a foundation for lifelong health in our horses by providing optimal nutrition, care, and turnout in large pastures.
